What is Scottish Rite?

The Scottish Rite provides the venue for the Mason who wishes to expand his associations with and learning of Freemasonry. The Rite is a continuation of a man's search for Masonic Light and requires backing away from details and concerns itself with the larger picture.

Academy of Reflections

The Santa Barbara Valley Scottish Rite has received permission from the Guthrie Scottish Rite to establish a charter for an Academy of Reflection in Santa Barbara, CA. Our Valley takes pride in bringing this tradition to its membership.

Scholarships

The Santa Barbara Scottish Rite provides scholarships for graduating high school seniors from the public schools in our district. We have been giving grants since 1982. All this has been made possible by you. Perpetual scholarships can be named in honor of the memory of a friend or relative. For more information please contact us.
